It’s rare for a hydroponic nutrient to cause a real stir in the grower community. But Advanced Nutrients’ pH Perfect®line has tongues wagging internationally. The nutrient breakthrough thateliminates the need for pH up or pH down, was named Best Product at the GROWMED: Fair for Medical Cannabis in Valencia, Spain this weekend. The award is certain to help convince even more growers, to throw away their pH meters and pens, because the pH Perfect line of base nutrients locks down the pH into the sweet spot (pH 5.5–6.3), allowing medical marijuana crops to absorb the most nutrients, leading to bigger yields.
Quick tour of plants after first hard freeze of winter. Plants are on south side of house, so it provides a great benefit of wind block from the north. Also have a dryer exhaust behind tomatoes, that I got up couple times last night to start the dryer for 50 minutes.
The lettuce is going crazy! 34 days from seed. If you ever experiment with hydroponics…do lettuce first. It’s very easy and takes the least nutrients. My peppers had a little setback but are back on track. Tomatoes are healthy and strong. My basil as usual doing well. Basil is as easy as lettuce and I love it. I have my old Aerogarden growing Tiny Tim Tomatoes.
